Savoy

Located in Mendocino County in Anderson Valley, the Savoy Vineyard lies just off Highway 128 and west of Philo. Rich Savoy was a bookstore owner in San Francisco. Now he is a premier grower of wine grapes in the Anderson Valley. His vineyards show great attention to detail and reflect a true passion for the science and art of grape growing. We currently receive clones 114, 115, Martini, Calera, and Pommard from this vineyard. Wines from this vineyard tend to be earthy with forest floor and a rich berry character. The wines are slow to evolve but come around to beautiful drinking wines. Rich Savoy also sells harvests to Littorai, Radio-Coteau, and Roessler to name a few.
