"This Chard just blew us away! If you love California Chardonnay this wine will have you California Dreamin' for sure. It is a brilliantly deep yellow color. It opens with an almond and butter-like bouquet with a hint of light oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, creamy, and shows excellent balance. The flavor profile is a delicious ripe pear. There are also notes of vanilla, banana, and light oak as well. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. This wine would pair well with lobster or crab cakes with a light cream dipping sauce. Enjoy!"
